roller coaster ride

slowly up the incline

gradually to the top

and then   and then

it seems to be straight down

and then we hit bottom

 and

start around a treacherous curve

no chance of catching our breath

as we speed back up another hill 

full of twists and turns 

up and down

adventure at every turn

no tension and then you will enjoy the ride
